Tofu Caprese

For 3-4 servings



1 tofu
1 tomato
10 pieces of fresh basil leaves
1 tbs of BIO PLANÈTE Cooking & Frying Oil with Ghee
1 of BIO PLANÈTE Omega+ Salad Oil
Salt and peper

Cut the tofu and the tomato into slices. Heat the Ghee Frying Oil in a pan and
fry the tofu until golden from both sides. Put the tofu aside to cool down.
Arrange tofu and tomato on a plate in a circle. Pour the Omega+ Salad Oil over the tofu and
tomato circle. Season with salt and pepper.
