Ingredients

4 slices barley bread
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil Extra Virgin Crete P.G.I.

1 pinch salt
1 pinch fresh thyme or oregano
1 small piece of feta
Greek olives

 

Cut the tomatoes into fine slices. Lightly toast the bread and place the tomato slices on top. Drizzle the Olive Oil over it and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with feta and thyme. Serve with the olives.
