Summer salad with marinated chicken breast

2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 piece (1,5 cm) fresh ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil & garlic
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp fresh coriander
Wooden sticks
4 salad leaves
2 tomatoes
4 slices cucumber
Squirt of lemon juice


Cut the chicken breasts into strips. 

Put the lemon juice, grated ginger, soy sauce and Olive Oil & Garlic in a large bowl and mix. Season with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp coriander. Add the chicken breast strips and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Sticks the chicken strips on wooden skewers and fry in a pan or on the grill. Wash the vegetables, cut them into pieces and arrange them on a plate. Sprinkle with Olive Oil & Garlic and lemon juice. Add the chicken strips and garnish with coriander and olives. Enjoy immediately!
