For the salad :
300 g Penne (or other short noodles)
250 g cream cheese (cow's milk or goat's milk)
10 pieces of dried tomatoes marinated in oil
3 slices of cooked ham
1 red onion
BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil Medium Fruity to drizzle
Optional to season: BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil & Chili
For the Salsa Verde sauce :
1 bunch smooth parsley
4 tbsp chopped chives
2 tbsp capers
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp of lemon abrasion
135 ml BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil Medium Fruity
Salt & ground pepper
1. For the salsa, put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until the mixture is even. Season with salt and pepper. For more pep, add a dash of BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil & Chili.
2. For the salad, prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, drizzle with BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil Medium Fruity and allow to cool completely.
3. In the meantime, cut the cucumber into 4 equal pieces. Remove the cucumber seeds with an apple cutter.
Pour the cream cheese into a piping bag and fill the cucumber pieces with it. Cut the filled cucumbers into 1 cm thick slices. Cut the filled slices in half again.
4. drain dried tomato pieces and cut into pieces. Cut the ham into strips.
Finely chop the onion. Place the noodles in a large salad bowl and add the salsa verde sauce, onion, ham and tomatoes. Finally, decorate with the stuffed cucumbers.
