Mustard-Honey Dressing

Ingredients

For the dressing:
1 tsp mustard 
1 tbsp honey vinegar
2 tbsp  BIO PLANÈTE Salad Oil
 salt
Freshly ground pepper

For the salad:
salad, tomatoes, black olives, cucumber, yellow sweet pepper, feta cheese, herbs (parsley, basil)

 

For the dressing mix mustard, honey vinegar, Salad Oil, salt and pepper well. 

To prepare the salad, pluck the lettuce leaves, cut the tomatoes, halve the olives, dice the peppers and put everything in a bowl. Add the dressing and mix. After serving on a plate, sprinkle with feta cheese and decorate with chopped herbs.
