Garlic sauce from Lebanon - Toum
Starter, finger food
6 cloves garlic, minced
13 tablespoons of BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pinch of fleur de sel
Crush the ingredients with a pestle until they form a creamy white sauce.
Salt and season to taste.
(You can also use a blender, but the blade will oxidize slightly due to the garlic.)
