Vegetable Chips

Ingredients

1 parsnip
1 sweet potato
1 beet(-root)
200 ml Coconut Oil Mild
salt and pepper

 

Peel vegetables and finely slice with a vegetable slicer. 
Heat oil in a pan, fry vegetable slices until they turn into crispy chips.
Drain and place on paper towel to dry off. Season with salt and pepper.
