Golden Overnight-Oats

60 g / 3 oz thick rolled oats
120ml / 4 fl oz soy milk
1 tsp turmeric
1 pinch of cardamom
100g / 3½ oz soya yoghurt
1 tbsp of linseed oil
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of linseed
½ an apple


Fill a dish with the oatmeal by at most ⅓. Season room-temperature soy milk with turmeric and cardamom and pour over the oatmeal. Leave to soak for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight. When ready to eat, mix the yoghurt with linseed oil and pour over the oatmeal. Decorate with honey, linseed and diced apple.
