For 1 bowl
1 egg yolk
salt & pepper
125 ml BIO PLANÈTE Rapeseed Oil
Optional: 1 tsp sweet mustard
Mix the egg yolk with the salt.
Using a whisk or electric mixer, add the Rapeseed Oil while stirring.
Mix until an even creamy mixture is obtained. Add more oil if necessary. Refine as desired with pepper or other spices.
