Tofu Caprese

Serves 3-4

Ingredients

1 packet tofu
1 tomato
10 pieces of fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp of Deorderized Coconut Oil/ or Cooking & Frying Oil
1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil 
Salt and peper

 

Cut the tofu and the tomato into slices. Heat the pan. Put in the Coconut Oil or the Cooking & Frying Oil. Then put in the tofu and fry until golden from both sides. Take the tofu out of the pan to cool down. Take a plat and put a slice of tofu then a slice of tomato and so on in order to build a circle. Pour the Flaxseed Oil over the tofu and tomato circle and add salt and pepper.
