Tofu Caprese




1 packet tofu
1 tomato
10 pieces of fresh basil leaves
1 tbs of deorderized coconut oil/cooking and frying oil
1 of flaxseed oil 
salt and peper


Cut the tofu and the tomato into slices. Heat the pan. Put in the coconut or frying oil. Then put in the tofu and fry until golden from both sides. Take the tofu out of the pan to cool down. Take a plat and put a slice of tofu then a slice of tomato and so on in order to build a circle. Pour the flaxseed oil over the tofu and tomato circle and add salt and pepper.
