For one package
1 chicken breast
2 small carrots
1 white rutabaga
2 tsp. cilantro
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. Black Cumin Oil
Peel carrots and rutabaga and cut them into long wedges. Cut zucchini into thin round slices.
Now, spread out a large sheet of baking paper and put half of the vegetables in its middle. Proceed with placing the chicken breast in the vegetable bed, then cover the meat with thin lemon slices. Add as much cilantro as you like, arrange the remaining vegetables in layers on top and season with salt and pepper.
Finally, tie the baking paper together to form a little package and bake it in the oven at 180 °C/350 °F.
Open the freshly baked package, let it cool off for a moment and sprinkle with Black Cumin Oil.
