Fried Potatoes with Thyme
400 g potatoes
2 tbsp. BIO PLANÈTE Ghee Frying Oil Blend
Fleur de sel salt, pepper
(Fresh) thyme to taste
Peel and dice the potatoes. Rinse under cold water and dry with paper towel. Heat the Ghee Frying Oil Blend in a pan and fry the potatoes until cooked through and golden brown and crispy on all sides. Season with salt and pepper and add the thyme.
