Carrot cake

120g  cake flour 
50g sugar
a pinch of salt
1tsp baking gpowder 
an egg
120g carrot juice 
1tbs desodorized Coconut Oil


100g cream cheese
1 tbp flaxseed
10 g honey
20g raisin

Blend flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Beat the egg and add carrot juice and coconut oil. Add the powder into the egg mixture and mix until smooth.Pour batter evenly into the mold, and steam with medium heat for 12 minutes.
Whisk the cream chees until soft, then add flaxseed oil and Honey,stir until smooth. Add the raisins into the cream and bleand evenly.Waiting the cake cool down and use the piping bag to stuffe the cream into the cake.
