Brownies with Walnuts and Walnut Oil



125 g dark chocolate
5 TBS BIO PLANÈTE virgin walnut oil
70 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs, 150 g icing sugar
a pinch of vanilla
a pinch of salt
75 g walnuts

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Add the oil and mix well with a wire whisk. Stir in the sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt one by one. Mix the flour with the baking powder, then add to the chocolate mixture. Finally fold in the walnuts. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the dough into a square tin lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes once the oven is hot.
