Whole-wheat vegetable spaghetti




60 g whole-wheat spaghetti
1 small parsnip
1 small  courgette
1 pinch salt
1 tsp. BIO PLANÈTE Omega Blue

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the packing instructions.
Peel the vegetables, grate into long thin strips and place in a bowl. Then add the cooked spaghetti.
Mix everything together, add the oil and cover for 5 minutes.

Then enjoy immediately.
