Sauté Potatoes with Thyme

For 2 servings


400g / 14 oz potatoes
2 tbsp. BIO PLANÈTE Cooking & Frying Oil with Ghee
Fleur de sel salt, pepper
(fresh) thyme to taste

Peel and dice the potatoes. Rinse under cold water and dry with paper towel.
Heat the Cooking & Frying Oil with Ghee in a pan and fry the potatoes until cooked
through and golden brown and crispy on all sides. Season with salt and pepper
and add the thyme.
