Orange cake

125 g / 4 oz natural yoghurt
250 g / 9 oz sugar
375 g / 13 oz flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs 
60 ml / 3 fl oz BIO PLANÈTE O'range
1 organic orange
1 tbsp peel of organic orange
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp butter
powdered sugar for decoration


Preheat the oven. Grease the cake tin with the butter. Wash and slice organic orange. Put all remaining ingredients together in a bowl and process to a homogeneous, smooth dough. Then add the orange sheaths and then the dough in the cake pan and 30-35 min. bake at 180 ° C. Remove the cake from the cake pan and put it on the cake plate. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

For decoration, the cake can be decorated with candied oranges.
