Chia Colada

For 2 glasses



180 ml pineapple juice
juice of a lime
80 ml coconut cream
5 ml BIO PLANÈTE Chia Oil
1 tsp honey if required
crushed ice
1 tbsp Chia seeds

Add pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut cream and chia oil to the stand blender and mix. Sweeten with honey if necessary. Spread the crushed ice on the cocktail glasses and pour in the Chia-Colada. Sprinkle with Chia seeds and decorate with pineapple.

For an alcoholic version, we recommend reducing the pineapple juice by 80 ml and replacing it with 80 ml rum.
