60g BIO PLANÈTE Coconut Oil Virgin 
80g / 3 oz Protein Peanut Flour
80g / 3 oz rice flour
7g / ¼ oz of gluten-free baking powder
80g / 3 oz cane sugar
3 tbsp of milk
1 egg
180g blueberries

A pinch of salt 


Melt the Coconut Oil  in a pan.  Stir in the flours and baking powder, add the egg and mix well with a fork. Then add the milk, the sugar and the melted butter and stir well to form a smooth dough. Now lift in the blueberries. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Shape the dough into little cookies and lay them out on a tray lined with baking parchment.  Bake for 15–18 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.

Alternative: replace the blueberries with dark chocolate.
