Tapas "Pan tomate con jamon"

Serves 6

Ingredients

6 large slices of country bread (not too thick)
3 large ripe tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
6 tbsp BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil Fraîcheur
6 thin slices of Serrano ham

 

If possibly roast bread slices.

Peel the garlic cloves, halve them and rub them on the bread.

Cut the tomatoes into two halves, press them a little and rub them on the bread slices so that the flesh soaks the bread. 

Put the bread on a large plate, sprinkle with BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil Fraîcheur, cover with ham and serve.

Tip:
Cover with Spanish cold cuts or Manchego cheese
