4 slices of brick dough
4 cubes goat cheeses
4 small or 2 large figs
Liquid honey of your choice
2 tbsp BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil extra virgin
3 tsp. BIO PLANÈTE Coconut Oil Neutral
Cut the goat cheese and the figs into pieces. Cut each slices of brick dough into 4 equal strips and place the goat cheese and figs at the bottom of the dough strip. Then add the honey and Olive Oil as well as salt and pepper.
Fold the pastry once to form a triangle. Now fold the triangle a few more times until the dough strip ends to seal the dumplings.
Heat the Coconut Oil Neutral in a large frying pan and fry the samosas on both sides until they are golden brown.
