For 4 persons
500 g canned chickpeas (drained)
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp BIO PLANETE Sesame Oil Toasted
3 - 4 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp powdered roma cumin
2 tsp finely chopped coriander
salt and pepper
Chop the garlic and coriander in a food processor. Add the chickpeas and make a mousse with all the ingredients. Season with Toasted Sesame Seed Oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper as desired.
You can also add spices such as chilli, curry or other ingredients such as paprika or red beetroot and create your own dip.
