Mini Chocolate Madeleines

70 g flour
15 g cacao powder
2 g baking powder
65 g icing sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 fresh eggs
2 tbsp  milk
2 tbsp BIO PLANÈTE Toasted Hazelnut Oil 


Preheat the stove to 180°C. Mix up all the ingredients in one big bowl. Fill the baking forms to the half. Bake them for 8- 10 minutes.  Let them cool down.
