Bread with curd cheese spread and fresh fruits

Ingredients

1 slice of wholemeal bread
100 g curd cheese
1 teaspoon of cane sugar
1 teaspoon Omega Pink
2 tablespoons of seasonal fresh fruit 
(like raspberries, blueberries or strawberries)

Mix curd cheese with sugar and oil, spread on the bread and add fruit.
