Orange Carpaccio - Spanish style

4 oranges
4 tbsp liquid organic honey
4 tbsp BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil Fraicheur Extra Virgin
Pepper from the grinder


Peel oranges, fillet with a sharp knife. Collect the juice and heat with the honey. Serve on a large plate. Drizzle with the honey syrup and the BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil Fraicheur. Sprinkle pepper over it at will.

Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
