Vegan mayonnaise
Amount of 250 g
Ingredients
100 ml soymilk (natural)
1/2 teaspoon vegetable brewing powder
salt & pepper at will
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1-2 tsp medium hot mustard
125 ml BIO PLANÈTE camelina oil
Puree or mix the soy milk with lemon juice until the mixture becomes slightly coagulated and a firmer mass is obtained (4-5 minutes at the highest level). While the blender is running add the oil slowly and mix to the desired consistency. Season with mustard, salt and pepper.
Tip:
Decorate the mayonnaise with various spices and herbs.
