Jellied Red Fruits with Basil
200 g / 7 oz of red fruits + 50 g / 1¾ oz to garnish
juice of one lemon
1 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp of BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil & Basil
2 chopped basil leaves
Cut the peeled and pitted pears into pieces and mix with 2 tbsp. of water and the lemon juice in a pan. Heat the pan and simmer everything for 5–8 minutes. Add the honey and the red fruits. Simmer the mixture for another 5–6 minutes until the fruits are soft. Add Olive Oil & Basil and mix in. Share out the fruit in small bowls and leave to cool overnight. Garnish the bowls with the remaining red fruits and the chopped basil.
