Chia Colada

FOR 2 glasses

Ingredients

180 ml pineapple juice
juice of a lime
80 ml coconut cream
5 ml BIO PLANÈTE Chia oil
1 tsp honey if required
Crushed ice
1 tbsp Chia seeds

Add pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut cream and chia oil to the stand mixer/shaker and mix. Sweeten with honey if necessary. Spread the crushed ice on the cocktail glasses and pour in the Chia-Colada. Sprinkle with Chia seeds and decorate with pineapple.

Tip
For an alcoholic version, we recommend reducing the pineapple juice by 80 ml and replacing it with 80 ml rum.
