180 ml pineapple juice
juice of a lime
80 ml coconut cream
(2g) 2,5 ml BIO PLANÈTE Flaxseed Oil Mixture Omega Red
1 tsp honey if required
1 tbsp Chia seeds
Add pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut cream and Flaxseed Oil Mixture Omega Red to the stand mixer/shaker and mix. Sweeten with honey if necessary. Spread the crushed ice on the cocktail glasses and pour in the Chia-Colada. Sprinkle with Chia seeds and decorate with pineapple.
For an alcoholic version, we recommend reducing the pineapple juice by 40 ml and replacing it with 40 ml rum.
