BIO PLANÈTE Fresh should be used every morning on an empty stomach. It's very simple: fill 1 tbsp (10 ml) of the oil into the enclosed cup. Then pull, slurp and chew this through your teeth for at least 3 to 5 minutes.

Do not swallow the oil, instead spit it into a cloth after you have finished oil pulling and dispose of it. Then clean your mouth several times with clear water. After that, you can brush your teeth as usual.

Remember: Shake Fresh well before use!
