Fresh Oil Pulling Treatment
Oil pulling has a centuries-old tradition in different regions of the world. Fresh Oil Pulling Treatment combines the knowledge of several approaches: for example, Sunflower Oil is considered traditional oil for oil pulling in Eastern Europe, while Sesame Oil and Coconut Oil are considered traditional oils for oil pulling in Asian regions. We have supplemented our mouth pulling oil with essential essences: Thyme, myrrh, juniper, niaouli and clove.
Dermatest tested BIO PLANÈTE Fresh Oil Pulling Treatment in a four-week study from a dermatological and dental point of view and rated it “very good”.
Use of the Fresh Oil Pulling Treatment
The Fresh Oil Pulling Treatment should be used every morning on an empty stomach. The oil from the enclosed cup is pulled through the teeth for 3-5 minutes, slurped and chewed. After oil pulling, the oil should not be swallowed, but spat out and then the mouth cleaned several times with clean water. After that, the teeth can be brushed normally. Shake before use.

What conditions and standards are behind the organic seal on our oils?
An organic seal is a quality and test seal with which products from organic farming are marked. In 2010, a binding new organic seal was introduced throughout the EU, also known as the EU organic logo, which identifies food from organic farming (a star-shaped leaf on a green background).
This seal replaced the German state organic seal (green hexagon with "BIO" lettering), which had existed since 2001, with the same standards in terms of content. Due to the high degree of popularity of its predecessor, both seals are still often used today.
The use of this certification is strictly regulated by the publisher and is subject to ecological requirements. Compliance with the criteria by producers is ensured by a documentation obligation as well as regular sampling and examination of product samples. Compliance with the regulations is monitored in Europe by the responsible Eco-Control bodies.
Foods labelled with the organic seal must, among other things:
• Not be produced by or with/from genetically modified organisms
• Not to be produced with the use of synthetic pesticides
• Contain no more than 5% conventionally produced components (in exceptional cases, if ingredients are not available in ecological quality, in accordance with Annex VO)
• not contain sweeteners and stabilisers as well as synthetic colourants, preservatives and flavour enhancers
• not result from monotonous crop rotations (two-, three- and four-field farming)
• and much more: more information on the EU Organic Label
Can I use the oil even after the expiration date?
We can no longer guarantee the oil's perfect quality after its best before date.
In the interest of sustainability, however, we would like to point out the following: vegetable oils do not belong to the group of very sensitive foodstuffs and can usually still be consumed after the best-before date. This is especially true if the bottle is still sealed and it has been stored away from heat sources. Therefore, we recommend using your senses to test the oil before disposing of it. Oil that has been stored for too long can be easily recognized by smell and taste. If it tastes rancid or unusual (off), it should not be consumed.
How do I remove the labels from the jars and bottles?
Since we use oil-soluble glue for the labels, the best way to remove the label from the coconut jars is with oil. Simply coat the label with oil, let it absorb overnight and peel off easily in the morning. However, if the label is already off and only the glue is on it, this method doesn't work as well. In this context, we have been told of positive experiences with orange oil cleaner, such as from AlmaWin or Sodasan. Another option is a hair dryer - because heat also loosens the label well.

What is oil pulling and where does this long tradition come from?
Oil pulling is an ideal part of daily oral hygiene and a natural alternative to conventional mouthwashes.
Oil pulling is a tradition that goes back thousands of years in different regions of the world. With Fresh, we have combined the knowledge of several naturopathic approaches: for example, Sunflower Oil is considered the traditional oil for oil pulling in Eastern Europe, while Sesame Oil and Coconut Oil are used in Asian regions.
We have supplemented our Fresh oil pulling cure with essential essences, which are known in naturopathy for their modes of action.
How does oil pulling work?
BIO PLANÈTE Fresh should be used every morning on an empty stomach. It's very simple: fill 1 tbsp (10 ml) of the oil into the enclosed cup. Then pull, slurp and chew this through your teeth for at least 3 to 5 minutes.
Do not swallow the oil, instead spit it into a cloth after you have finished oil pulling and dispose of it. Then clean your mouth several times with clear water. After that, you can brush your teeth as usual.
Remember: Shake Fresh well before use!
Isn't the recommended 3-5 minutes much too short? A minimum of 20 minutes is often specified.
There is no evidence that oil pulling needs to be done for at least 20 minutes to have a positive effect. In the study conducted by Dermatest, Fresh was applied for 3-5 minutes daily. The reasoning that the oil takes so long to penetrate all the gaps between the teeth has no foundation, because oil as a liquid easily penetrates all areas of the mouth at the same time. Presumably, the 20-minute recommendation comes from traditional use. If you wish to spend this amount of time oil pulling, you are welcome to do so using Fresh. Those with less time on their hands will also benefit from a 3-5 minute daily application.
What is BIO PLANÈTE Fresh made of?
BIO PLANÈTE Fresh is an oral oil and consists of Sunflower, Sesame and Coconut Oil from controlled organic cultivation. The composition is complemented by selected essential essences known in naturopathy for their modes of action: thyme, myrrh, juniper, niaouli and clove.
Does the Coconut Oil contained in Fresh become solid?
Coconut Oil begins to take on a solid consistency at a temperature below 25°C. This can cause the Fresh oil pulling cure to become temporarily flaky if it is stored at a temperature that is too cool. However, this does not affect the quality of the oil. For an optimal mouthfeel, we nevertheless recommend using Fresh at a lukewarm temperature.
Is Fresh suitable for use during pregnancy and lactation and during homeopathic applications?
Yes! The peculiarity of Fresh is that, compared to conventional mouthwashes, it is made without peppermint, so as not to interfere with the effect of homeopathic treatments. Therefore, it can also be used during pregnancy and lactation.
Oil pulling and fasting cures - do they go together?
Absolutely! Oil pulling is the ideal complement during the fasting period and is traditionally also used for juice fasting as well as other methods.
How does oil pulling affect the color of teeth?
There are no ingredients in BIO PLANÈTE Fresh that could stain teeth in any way.
Is BIO PLANÈTE Fresh certified?
Yes! Dermatest tested our BIO PLANÈTE Fresh in a four-week study from a dermatological and dental point of view and awarded it the rating "very good". We have supplemented our oral pulling oil with essential essences that are known in naturopathy for their modes of action: Thyme, myrrh, juniper, niaouli and clove.
