Of all the flours in the BIO PLANÈTE protein range, Protein Sesame Flour has the highest percentage of calcium (218 % **). It is also rich in magnesium, iron, zinc and vitamin B1, so really adds value to your daily diet. The unroasted sesame seeds are cold-pressed to harvest the oil. Afterwards, the remaining raw material is finely ground to produce the Protein Sesame Flour naturally, without any further additives.
"Product" has a strong swelling effect. Consume the product with enough liquid.
It can be used in a variety of ways, e.g. to enhance shakes and Asian dishes. It can replace wheat flour when you bake, providing a low-carbohydrate alternative. Protein Sesame Flour is gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, lactose-free and suitable for a raw-food diet.
