When fresh coconut pulp is dried and pressed to create oil, a nutrient-rich raw by-product remains, which is then ground. The result is a natural white powder with a pleasant aroma of fresh coconut.

Like BIO PLANÈTE FAIRTRADE Coconut Oil, the coconuts for our fair trade Coconut Flour are sourced from small farms in Sri Lanka. They grow domestic coconut trees in mixed cultivation with banana plants and cassava trees.
Everything is farmed and processed in compliance with strict organic and fair trade standards.
Gluten-free Protein Coconut Flour adds a tropical touch to smoothies, ice cream and desserts, and can replace wheat flour partially or fully. It is also an ideal ingredient for typical Asian dishes. 

"Product" has a strong swelling effect. Consume the product with enough liquid. To use in your usual recipes by adding 20 ml of water to 10 g of flour.
