Apricot Jam with Chia Oil
FOR 2 SLICES
3 ripe apricots
1 tbs almond butter or ground almonds
1 tsp chia oil
Wash and pit the apricots, them mix them with the almond butter or ground almonds until creamy.
Add the chia oil. Finally serve the jam with fresh wholemeal bread.
If the apricots are not quite ripe, add a little honey for sweetness. Use more or less almond butter depending on taste.
