Deep in the heart of a wonderfully green and silvery region, six areas of olive cultivation and eleven producers of olive oils have joined to create one remarkable diversity of flavors and colors. These producers have developed the idea of regrouping to form »Terroirs Oléicoles de France«, French regions of origin for olive cultivation. This new dynamic structure has the purpose of increasing the value of their production. Impressed by this original idea, we have joined this initiative, aiming to give you access to the best of French olive oils from organic agriculture.

For example, it is unique with tapenade, a typically Provençal starter made from finely chopped olives, capers, and anchovies, or for pistou, a cold sauce from garlic, basil, and olive oil.
