A rare and limited olive oil cuvée from France

Olive Oil Vallée des Baux-de-Provence P.D.O.

· Olive Oil Extra Virgin ·
500 ml

This French olive oil belongs to the top class. The rarity with protected designation of origin (P.D.O.) comes from the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence in southern France, a traditional oil region located between Arles and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in the Alpilles mountain range. The majority of olive trees of Madame and Monsieur Hugues are several hundred years old. For this precious oil, they press olives of the varieties Solonenque, Béruguette, and Grossane.

This oil is finely fruity with notes of freshly cut grass and artichokes. In addition, it possesses a considerable »length«: The exquisite taste impressions take their time to fully unfold and then stay for a while on the palate. This makes the oil an excellent match for salads, vegetables like asparagus, cheeses, fine fish and sea food, or simply a fresh baguette – a real delight for experts and lovers of the most exquisite of olive oils.
