Cooking & Frying Oil

· deodorized ·
500 ml 1 L 3 L

This versatile oil is ideal for frying, baking, and deep-frying. Extracted from a special high-oleic sunflower cultivar, it is especially heat-resistant, for temperatures up to 210 °C /410 °F. Our Cooking & Frying Oil is neutral in taste and smell, since it is steam-treated immediately after pressing (deodorized). Through this, the oil elegantly emphasizes the individual flavor of the food, for instance it can be used instead of butter for shortcrust pastry or cake dough. Moreover, it is suited for searing and deep-frying when it comes to meat, fish, tofu, veggie burgers, or fried potatoes. Its high vitamin E content and great proportion of monounsaturated fatty acids make this oil a valuable everyday companion.

BIO PLANÈTE Cooking & Frying Oil is also available in a convenient, eco-friendly and economical 3 L »Oil in Box« size. This economy pack is perfect for heavy usage, both at home and in restaurants. In the »Oil in Box«, the oil stays fresh longer after opening. Also, the small oil-tap makes a precise and drop-free pouring possible.
