Round fruit “coins”

For 18 pieces


Ingredients

  • 100 g dried cranberries
    100 g dried pitted dates
    40 g dried apples
    3 slightly heaped tbsp. BIO PLANÈTE Kids Champion
    1 tbsp. honey
    1 tbsp. almond butter
    50 ml orange juice (ad libitum freshly pressed or packaged)
    roughly 40 wafer papers for baking (50mm diameter)


Blend all ingredients (except for the wafer papers) on the highest level to get a creamy mixture. 
Now, lay out half of the wafers papers. 
Form the sticky pastry to beads about 1.5 - 2 cm in diameter and place them on the wafers. 
Finally place a second wafer on top and flatten.
