Energy balls with figs and Almond Oil

For 20 balls

Ingredients

1–2 tbsp. BIO PLANÈTE Almond Oil Toasted
150 g / 5½ oz dried figs
150 g / 5½ oz almonds
Cardamom
Vanilla sugar/ vanilla paste
Almond leaves to decorate

 

Finely grind the almonds and figs in a food processor, then add the Almond Oil. Add cardamom and vanilla sugar/ vanilla paste  to taste. Shape the mixture into little balls and roll them in the almond leaves while still slightly moist. Leave to dry for about an hour on a baking sheet lined with parchment, then keep in an airtight container.
